Creamy Mango Loaf Cake

  • 1 1/2 c fat free half and half
  • 1 pkg sugar free instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 medium mango
  • 1 angel loaf cake (10 1/2 oz)
  • I medium kiwi, peeled and sliced

Step 1

In a large bowl, whisk half and half with putting. Let stand for 2 minutes. Fold in mango. Cut cake horizontally in 3 layers. Spread pudding mixture between layers and on top of cake. Top with kiwi. Refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving.
