  • 2 ounces peeled, deveined cooked shrimp
  • 1/3 cup pineapple or mango salsa
  • 2 tablespoons diced avocado
  • Fresh cilantro
  • Romaine lettuce leaf.

Preparation

Step 1

Toss cooked shrimp with pineapple or mango salsa and avocado. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve on a romaine lettuce leaf.
