CREAM PUFFS

Ingredients

  • FILLING:
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup flour
  • 4 eggs
  • whipped cream or topping
  • 1 box frozen peaches, thawed and drained

Preparation

Step 1

Bring water and margarine to a boil.

Add flour, salt and mix into a ball.

Let cool slightly. Add one egg at a time, and beat well after each egg.

Drop on greased baking sheet.

Bake at 375° F. for 50 minutes.

FILLING:

Mix whipped topping and peaches. Cut a section from the top of each puff and put in a portion of the filling.

Keep refrigerated if any left over.
