BRINE FOR PEPPERS

Ingredients

  • 6 cups vinegar
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon and 1 teaspoon pickling salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 clove garlic per jar

Preparation

Step 1

Bring all ingredients except garlic to a boil and pour into jars. Add garlic to each jar. Store in refrigerator to brine.
