Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup walnut pieces
  • 8oz pkg chilled salad greens
  • 2 large red apples, washed and dried, cored and sliced 1/2" slices
  • 4 oz crumbled feta or mild blue cheese
  • 1 cup honey dijon dressing

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350.
Spread walnut in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Bake 8-10 minutes until they begin to smell fragrant.
Remove to paper plate to cool.
Divide salad greens on 4 plates, chilled.
Divide apples and place on greens.
Sprinkle cheese and cooled nuts.
Drizzle each salad with dressing.
