Ingredients
- 12 sheets phyllo dough, thawed and cut into quarters
- 1 pkg frozen broccoli or spinach prepared to pkg directions
- 2 Cups shredded cheese, any type
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 Cup milk

Step 1
Line greased muffin cups each with 4 phyllo sheets spraying with butter Pam between each layer.
Place broccoli and cheese in each cup.
Mix eggs and milk and pour over broccoli & cheese.
Fold phyllo over top of mixture and bake at 350 for approx 20 minutes.
Serve immediately.
