Orange Mustard Glazed Chicken

- 1/2 1/2 1/2 c orange marmalade
- 1 1 1 T sliced green onions
- 1 1 1 T Dijon
- 4 4 4 boneless chicken breast halves
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 t salt
- 1/8 1/8 1/8 t pepper

Preparation
Step 1
In small saucepan, combine marmalade, onions, and mustard. Mix well. Heat over medium low heat until melted and thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally. Resrve 2 T glaze in small bowl. Set remaining glaze aside. To flatten each chicken breast half, place boned piece side up between 2 pieces of plastic wrap. Working from center, gently pound chicken with flat side of mallet until about ¼ inch thick. Remove wrap. Spray broiler pan with nonstick spray. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper, place on pan. Broil for about 4 minutes. Turn chicken, brush with reserved 2 T glaze. Broil an additional 3-5 minutes or until chicken is fork tender and juices run clear. Spoon remaining glaze over chicken.
