Ingredients

    well trimmed boneless beef top loin or rib eye steaks, 1" thick

  • HERB MUSTARD:

  • 2

    large cloves garlic, crushed

  • 2

    tsp water

  • 2

    Tbl dijon mustard

  • 1

    tsp dried basil leaves

  • ½

    tsp pepper

  • ½

    tsp dried thyme leaves

Directions

in a glass measure combine garlic & water; microwave for 30 seconds on High stir in remaining ingredients; spread onto both sides of beef steaks place steaks on grid over medium ash-covered coals. Grill top loin steaks uncovered 16-18 min. (rib eye steaks 12-14 min) for medium rare, turning occasionally season steaks with salt, carve crosswise into thick slices
