    red pepper, chopped

    oz turkey kielbasa, cut into½ in pieces

    lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into bite sized pieces

  • 1

    14 oz can diced tomatoes

  • 2

    15 oz cans Eden Organic Rice and Beans

Directions

In a large nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium high heat. Add onions, celery, red pepper, and kielbasa. Cook, stirring occasionally, until vegetables soften and brown lightly. 6 minutes. Add chicken and tomatoes; cook, stirring frequently until chicken is no longer pink throughout, about 2 minutes. Stir in rice and beans; cook until hot. 6 servings 1 ½ c 309 calories
