Creme de Menthe Bars

Ingredients

  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/2 t. salt
  • 1 t. vanilla
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 16oz can, Hershey syrup
  • 2 c 10x
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 4 1/2 T. Creme de Menthe (Liquor)
  • 6 oz. choco chips
  • 6 T. butter, melted

Preparation

Step 1

Mix Cake. Bake in 9x13 pan (greased) for 30 minutes @ 350 degrees.
Cool. Mix mint layer and spread over cooled cake. Mix Hot Glaze and spread. Chill (can freeze).
