Ingredients
- 4 6 oz tilapia fillets
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/2 t pepper
- spray
- 3 T light butter, divided
- 1 c chopped onion
- 1 t chili powder
- 1/2 t cumin
- 2 T water
- 1 T lime juice

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat broiler. Sprinkle both sides of fish with salt and pepper. Place on a broiler pan coated with spray. Coat fish with cooking spray. Broil 6-8 minutes or until done. While fish cooks, melt 1 T butter in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. add onion, sauté 4 minutes or until tender. Stir in chili powder and cumin. Sauté 30 minutes. Remove from heat. add 2 T butter, water, and lime juice. Stir. Serve over fish. 4 servings 1 fish fillet and 2 T onion mixture 234 calories
