Ingredients
- 2 Tb paprika
- 2 Tb chili powder
- 2 tsp salt
- 3-4 lb whole chicken, cut up OR 8-10 thighs and/or drumsticks
- 1 cup Famous Daves BBQ sauce, for basting

Preparation
Step 1
Combine spices and rub onto chicken. Either you can grill immediately or let rest in refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
Heat grill to medium heat and oil grates. Grill chicken covered, turning occasionally to prevent charring, for 20-30 minutes or until juices run clear (pierce thickest piece to the bone to test). During last 5 minutes of cooking, baste chicken with your favorite bbq sauce.
