Step 1
Place eggs in saucepan. Add enough water to cover eggs. Bring water to boil. Put a lid on pan and turn off heat. Let stand for 10-15 minutes. Cool eggs in a bowl full of cold ice water. Leave eggs in water until they are cool enough to handle. Peel eggs starting with the rounded end where the air pocket is.
