Ingredients
- Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups pecans, finely chopped
- 3 Tbsp flour
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 6 Tbsp melted, unsalted butter
- Cookie Dough:
- 3 Tbsp sugar
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 5 Tbsp butter
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- Cheesecake layer:
- 12 oz cream cheese
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
Crust:
Combine and press in a 8" x 8" parchment lined pan. Bake at 325 degree F for 10 min. Let cool.
Cookie Dough:
Combine 1st five ingredients, stir in flour and then chocolate chips. Set aside.
Cheesecake layer:
Combine cream cheese and sugar. Add egg and vanilla and beat together. Spread over crust and top with cookie dough. Bake at 325 degrees F for ~ 30 minutes.
