Ingredients
- 1 pound hamburger
- 1 pound processed cheese (cubed)
- 1 can (1 pound) stewed tomatoes, drained
- 1/2 package dry enchilada seasoning
Preparation
Step 1
Brown and drain hamburger. Add cheese, tomatoes and seasonings. Cook, stirring over low heat until cheese is melted, Serve hot with corn chips as dippers.
