Simpsons' Cookies

Cookie so easy you can't believe it will taste good!

Ingredients

• 1 box of Cake Mix ~ whatever flavor you prefer (our fav is German Chocolate)
• 4-1/2 oz Cool Whip (thawed)
• 1 Egg
• 1 cup Powdered Sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In large mixing bowl, combine cake mix, cool whip and egg to make a dough-like consistency. Shape dough into balls. Roll balls into powdered sugar. Bake on GREASED cookie sheet for 10-15 min until lightly browned. (Size of ball determines cooking time.)
