Ingredients
- CAKE:
- 1 Super Moist Chocolate Cake ~ prepared as directed (can be single layer, double layer or triple layer!)
- ICING:
- 2 TBLS Butter @ room temp
- 1/2 cup Hersheys Cocoa
- 1/3 cup Milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 2-2/3 cups Confectioners Sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Bake cake as directed depending on layers...let cool on rack.
In large mixing bowl, combine all icing ingredients except for Confectioners Sugar until smooth. Slowly whip in Conf Sugar until desired consistency. Icing should be light and fluffy...
