Ingredients

  • 2- 5 1/2 oz cans apricot nectar, divided
  • 1 pkg sugar free orange gelatin
  • 1 pkg sugar free instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1/2 c nonfat dry milk powder
  • 1 8 oz container cool whip
  • 1 5 oz angel food cake, cubed
  • 1 15 oz can reduced sugar apricot halves, drained and sliced

Preparation

Step 1

In a bowl, microwave I c apricot nectar on high for 1 minute. Sprinkle gelatin over top. Stir until gelatin is dissolved. Set aside to cool. In a large bowl combine remaining nectar and enough water to make 1 ¼ cups; whisk in pudding mix and milk powder for 1-2 minutes. Let stand 2 minutes. Fold in whipped topping and cake. Pour into 7 x 11 pan. Refrigerate 2-4 hours
