Ingredients

  • 1/4 c sour cream
  • 1 T lime juice
  • 1/2 t cumin
  • 1/4 t chili powder
  • 1 t salt free chipotle seasoning
  • 1/4 t salt
  • 4 6oz grouper fillets
  • 1/4 c flour
  • 1 T olive oil
  • 2 lime wedges
  • 8 6inch tortillas
  • 1 c preshredded lettuce
  • 1 c shredded cheddar
  • 1/2 c salsa

Preparation

Step 1

Combine first 4 ingredients in bowl and set aside. Sprinkle shipotle seasoning and salt on fish, dredge in flour. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium high heat. add fish, and cook 4 minutes on each side until done. Remove from pan. Squeeze lime wedges over fish. Separate fish into chunks. Heat tortillas. Top each with ½ c fish. Divided lettuce, cheese, and salsa evenly among tacos and top with sour cream mixture. 4 servings 213 calories
