Troys Rhubarb Jam

Ingredients

  • Combine:
  • 6 cups diced rhubarb
  • 4 cups sugar
  • Let sit for 3-4 hours
  • 1 (21 oz) can strawberry pie filling
  • 1 (3 1/2 oz) package raspberry jello
  • or
  • 1 (21 oz) can apricot pie filling
  • 1 (3 1/2) pineapple jello

Preparation

Step 1

Bring rhubarb and sugar to a boil until soft

Add pie filling
Bring to a boil again
Add jello; stir until dissloved

Put in sterilized, hot pint jars and seal
