Ingredients
- 4 4 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 1 1 1 T dried minced onion
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 t garlic powder
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 t salt
- 1/8 1/8 1/8 t pepper
- 4 4 4 slices reduced fat swiss cheese
- 1 1 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/3 1/3 1/3 c reduced fat sour cream
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 c fat free milk
- 1/3 1/3 8 crushed Ritz (about 8 crackers
- 1 1 1 t butter, melted
Preparation
Step 1
Place the chicken in a 9 x 13 pan coated with spray. Sprinkle with minced onion, garlic, powder, salt and pepper. Top each with a slice of cheese. In a small bowl, combine the soup, sour cream and milk. Pour over chicken. Toss the cracker crumbs and butter, sprinkle over chicken. Bake, uncovered at 350 for 30-40 minutes or until chicken juices run clear.
