Ingredients
- 1/4 c soy sauce
- 1 T brown sugar
- 1 T sherry
- 1 T rice vinegar
- 2 t ginger
- 1 t sesame seeds, toasted
- 1 t dark sesame oil
- 1/2 t chile paste with garlic
- 1 garlic clove
- 4 6-oz striped bass fillets
- Cooking spray

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients except spray in Ziploc bag. Seal bag, marinate in refrigerator 20 minutes. Remove fish from bag, discard marinade. Preheat broiler. Place fillets on pan coated with cooking spray. 4 servings 213 calories
