tangy horseradish dip

Ingredients

  • 1 cup low-fat mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper

Preparation

Step 1

In a medium bowl, whisk together all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for up to 5 days. good with zucchini fries.

Makes 1 1/2 cups (approximately)
