Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) Box Jiffy Cornbread Mix
- 4 Eggs, beaten
- 1 Stick Butter, melted
- 1 Onion, chopped fine
- 2 Cups (8 oz.) Cheddar Cheese, grated
- 1 (10 oz.) Box Frozen Broccoli, thawed or 2/3 of a 16 oz. bag

Step 1
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour mixture into a 9 x 13 inch pan or a 9 x 9 inch square pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes. Serves 6 or more.
