Ingredients
- Oilve oil for tossing
- 1 - 2 sweet potatoes
- house seasoning
- paprika
- House Seasoning
- 1/4 c. salt
- 1 T. black pepper
- 1 T. garlic powder
- Keep in sealed, airtight container. Can keep for 6 months.

Preparation
Step 1
Peel sweet potatoes and cut into 1/4" long slices. Then cut into 1/4" wide fries.Toss in bowl witgh just enough olive oil to coat. Sprinkle with house seasoning and paprika. Spread in single layer on baking sheet, don't overcrowd. Bake at 450 until tender and golden brown, turning occasionally. Approx. 20 minutes.
