Ingredients
- Graham crackers
- 3 c milk
- 2 sm pkg instant vanilla (or french vanilla) pudding
- 9 oz cool whip
- 2 sq unsweetened chocolate
- 2 tsp Karo syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 T. butter
- 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 3 T milk
Preparation
Step 1
Line bottom of a 9x13 pan with Graham crackers. Beat 3 c. milk with 2 pkgs pudding until thick. Fold in Cool whip. Pour 1/2 mixture over graham crackers. Top with another layer of graham crackers. Pour on the remaining filling. Top with crackers.
In a saucepan: melt together unsweetened chocolate, Karo syrup, vanilla and butter. Add 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar Add the 3 Tbsp milk, one at a time. Pour over filling and refrigerate.
