  • Middle Layer:
  • 1/2 Cup Butter
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla
  • 1 1/4 Cups Flour
  • 1/2 Cup Cocoa
  • 3/4 tsp. Baking Soda
  • 1/4 tsp. Salt
  • 8 oz. Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar
  • 3/4 Cup Peanut Butter
  • 8 oz. Cool Whip

Step 1

Mix butter, add sugar, egg, and vanilla; cream together. Add remaining ingredients; mix and press into a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Middle layer: Mix together cream cheese, powdered sugar and peanut butter; spread over crust. For the top, spread 8 oz. Cool Whip over middle layer and cut up 10 Reese's cups and scatter over top.
