Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

• 1/2 Cup Butter
• 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
• 1/2 Cup Sugar
• 1 Egg
• 1/2 tsp. Salt
• 1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
• 1 Tbs. Water
• 1 tsp. Vanilla
• 1 1/2 Cup Flour
• 1 Small Bag Chocolate Chips
• 1/2 Cup Nuts
• 1/2 Cup Coconut

Preparation

Step 1

Cream butter and sugars. Add egg, beat well. Beat in salt, soda, water, vanilla and flour. Stir in chips, nuts, and coconut. Bake at 350 degrees only until light brown. Do not over bake. Yield 2 dozen.
