Ingredients

• 3 lbs steak
• 1/4 c white vinegar
• 1/4 c olive oil
• 1/4 c soy sauce
• 2 cloves garlic minced
• 1 tsp black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Put all marinade ingredient in a bag add the steak for 2 hours
Hot grill 10 - 12 mins
Rest 5 mins
