Ingredients
- 1/4 cup margarine
- 8 tbsp. flour
- 2 chicken bouillon packets dissolved in 2 1/2 cups water
- salt & pepper to taste
- 2 cups grated cheddar
- 1 large tin (785 ml.) spaghetti sauce (not chunky)
- 1 cup light cream
- 2 packages Knorr's hollandaise sauce
Preparation
Step 1
Melt margarine in saucepan, add flour and stir until smooth. Gradually add chicken broth, stirring constantly. Add salt & pepper to taste. Stir in cheddar until well blended. Simmer until thickened. Add spaghetti sauce and cream. Prepare hollandaise according to package directions and add to sauce. Blend.
Freezes well.
