  • 2 tab. tomato paste
  • 2 tab. sesame seeds
  • 1 tab. sesame oil
  • 2 tab. sweet soy sauce
  • 4 chicken thighs fillets

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line baking tray with parchment paper and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, add paste, seeds, sesame oil, and soy sauce and whisk until well combined with a fork.
Coat the chicken thigh fillets and arrange them on the prepared baking tray.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes and serve immediately with your choice of rice or salad.
