Ingredients
- 1 fresh pineapple, peeled and cubed
- 4 med bananas, sliced
- 1/4 c brown sugar
- 2 T flour
- TOPPING
- 1/3 c oats
- 1/4 c flour
- 2 T flaked coconut
- 1/4 t nutmeg
- 1/4 c cold butter, cubed
Preparation
Step 1
Put together in large bowl the first 4 ingredients. Toss to coat then put in greased 11x7 pan.
For topping put the oats, flour, coconut, brown sugar and nutmeg in a small bowl. Cut in the butter until crumbly. Sprinkle on the fruit. Bake at 350 for 30-35 min.
