Ingredients
- 1 (16 oz) can pumpkin
- 1 (6 serving size) package sugar free vanilla pudding
- 1/4 cup low fat milk
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 cups thawed lite whipped topping
Preparation
Step 1
In a medium bowl, with an electric mixer on medium speed, beat the pumpkin, pudding, milk, and cinnamon until well blended.
Fold in the whipped topping until thoroughly mixed
Spoon into a serving bowl
Cover loosely and chill until ready to serve
