Ingredients
- 1 1/4 lb pork tenderloin
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 12 1/2-inch bagquette slices, toasted
- 1/3 cup olive spread; green, black, or mixed
- 1/2 cup dry white wine (or chicken broth)
Preparation
Step 1
Combine seasonings and rub on pork; brown 5 minutes in oil. Roast in 425 degree oven until thermometer reads 145 degrees. Remove; let stand for 3-5 minutes
Add wine to skillet and boil, about 5 minutes.
Place one slice of pork on each baguette slice. Top with olive spread and drizzle with juices.
