Cannoli Shells

Ingredients

  • 1 Egg, well beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Melted Butter
  • 1 1/2 Cups sifted flour

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together, roll out thin, cut into 1" strips. Roll dough around cannoli tubes, overlapping as you do so. Fasten ends by moistening with egg white. Fry in deep oil until golden brown. Remove from oil and cool.
