Ingredients
- 6 cups coarsely chopped Savoy cabbage (about 1 pound)
- 2 cups coarsely chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 large garlic clove, thinly sliced
- 3 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
Preparation
Step 1
Combine the first 6 ingredients in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish; toss to coat. Cover; bake at 400° for 30 minutes or until tender, stirring after 20 minutes. Drizzle vinegar and honey over cabbage mixture; toss. Serve with salmon.
Note: Substitute green cabbage for Savoy, if desired
