- 1 c flour

Step 1
Crumble together, then take a water glass ½ full of cold water and add the yolk of 1 egg, 2 tablespoons lemon juice and 1 level teaspoon salt. Whip and add to the above. Add 1 cup more of flour, mix well and roll out in the usual fashion.
