  • Multiply by 6 for 25 people
  • 8 oz packaged cream cheese @ room temp
  • 4 oz smoked salmon
  • 3 T sour cream
  • 1 T lemon juice
  • 1 Tminced onion
  • 1 t chopped dill

Step 1

Process in food processor until smooth. Place in mold and refrigerate. Invert mold onto platter. Serve with pita or bagel chips.
