Ingredients
- 1 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 1/2 tsp. stoneground prepared mustard
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp. date paste
- 2 tbsp. white balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp. raw cashew butter
- 1/8 tsp. no-salt (potassium salt)
- 2 tbsp. water
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and whisk together until completely smooth. Serve over chopped romaine lettuce, tomatoes and red peppers.
