Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 2 1/2 tsp. stoneground prepared mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp. date paste
  • 2 tbsp. white balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. raw cashew butter
  • 1/8 tsp. no-salt (potassium salt)
  • 2 tbsp. water

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and whisk together until completely smooth. Serve over chopped romaine lettuce, tomatoes and red peppers.
