BLUEBERRY BREAKFAST SAUCE

Great with pancakes, or ice cream.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon corn starch
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries

Preparation

Step 1

1. in a 2 quart saucepan, combine sugar and cornstarch. Gradually, stir in water. Add blueberries.

2. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil for 1 minute, stirring occasionally.

3. Serve warm or cold over pancakes, french toast, waffles. Serve cold over ice cream.
