Ingredients
- 1-1/2 c. smoked ham, finely chopped
- 16-oz. pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2/3 c. milk
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 T. dried parsley
- 2 t. spicy mustard

Step 1
Mix all ingredients thoroughly; shape into one-inch balls. Place about 2 inches apart on a lightly greased 15"x10" jelly-roll pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes, until lightly golden. Immediately remove from pan; serve warm. Makes 7 dozen.
