Ingredients
- 8 Tbsp. (1 stick) butter
- 2 tea. lemon juice
- 1 tea. dried dill
- pinch of red pepper flakes
- Four 8-oz. salmon steaks (1" thick)
- 1 tea. salt
- 1 tea. pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Melt the butter and add the lemon juice, dill, and red pepper flakes.
Preheat the boiler and line a broiler pan with foil.
Season the salmon with salt and pepper. Reserve some of the sauce for serving, then lightly baste with the remaining sauce.
Broil, turning once, until the fish is cooked through, basting both sides with the sauce.
Plate the salmon and serve with the warmed reserved sauce on the side.
