Ingredients

  • 1- 29 oz can pinto beans
  • 1 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 hot pepper sauce
  • 4 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup onions, sliced
  • 1-2 1/4 oz sliced olives
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 3 ripe avocados, peeled & pitted
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 envelope taco season
  • 1 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • Tortilla chips

Preparation

Step 1

In a bowl, mash beans with a fork. Stir in 3/4 tsp salt, pepper and hot sauce. Spread on 12" serving plate. Mash avocados w/lemon juice and remaining salt. Combine sour cream, mayo, taco seasoning. Spread. Sprinkle w/onions, tomatoes, cheese and olives.
