Boursin Cheese Spread

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/4 lb margarine or butter
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 t seasoned salt
  • 1/4 t wine vinegar
  • 1/2 t Worcestershire sauce
  • Pinch of: Marforam, sage, savory, barragon, rosemary and/or thyme

Preparation

Step 1

Put all ingredients in a bowl, let cheese and marg come to room tem. Beat with a mixer until well blended and fluffy.
