No Knead Vermont Cheddar Bread

I am famous for this one! It is great braided w/ rye bread. Also makes yummy hamburger buns. I love this w/ eastern European rye bread. My secret ingredients are so good! Thanks KA!

Ingredients
- 6 cups of water
- 3 Tb salt
- 3 Tb sugar
- 3 Tb coconut oil
- 2 cups grated cheddar cheese (I like sharp)
- 3/4 cup powdered cheese
- 13 cups AP flour
- 3 Tb yeast
Preparation
Step 1
Mix ingredients in Kitchenaid mixer. Put ingredients in covered not airtight container & let sit at room temp for 3-4 hours. Put in frig for up to 7 days. On baking day w/ heavily floured hands remove grapefruit sized piece of dough. Shape ea into a loaf. Cover & let rise for 45-60 min. Slash loaves top w/ grated cheese as parmesan. Bake in steamed oven at 450 degrees for 25 min.
