Ingredients
- 1 C well-drained cottage cheese
- 1 C fat free cream cheese
- 1/2 C powdered sugar
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
Mix ingredients
Fills 10 9-inch crepes with 2 T filling each
Bake or fry till hot
Serve with sour cream and fruit
