Ingredients
- 1 large hard-boiled egg
- 1 teaspoon reduced-calorie mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon minced red onion
- 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
- Salt and paprika
- 1 slice light whole wheat toast
- Chopped chives
- Paprika
Preparation
Step 1
Chop egg; gently mix with reduced-calorie mayonnaise, minced red onion, Dijon mustard and salt and paprika to taste. Spoon onto light whole wheat toast; sprinkle with chopped chives and paprika.
