Cajun Rub

Ingredients

• 3 tablespoons paprika
• 1 tablespoon garlic powder
• 1 teaspoon dried thyme
• 1 teaspoon black pepper
• 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (can use less if you want it less hot)

Preparation

In a small bowl or cup, combine all ingredients; rub into meat and marinate for not more than 2 hours at room temperature.
