Preparation

Step 1

Add ground beef to medium bowl, breaking it up as you do. Sprinkle with steak seasoning, read chili pepper flakes, fresh cracked black pepper, half of minced garlic, bouillon cube, and parsley. Mix with a fork or by hand until the ingredients are just combined.

Divide ground beef into 8 even portions and form into round patties. Top half of patties with a slice of cheese and arrange another beef patty on top to make sandwich.

Melt 2 T butter in large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook beef patties 5 to 6 minutes on each side, depending on desired doneness. While cooking, baste with mix of butter and juices. Remove to clean plate and set aside.

In same skillet melt 2 T butter then add remaining garlic, lemon juice, hot sauce, Italian seasoning and red pepper flakes.

Stir in fresh parsley then add zucchini noodles and toss for 2 to 3 minutes to cook. Allow cooking juices to reduce for one minute if zucchini renders too much water. Push zucchini on one side and add beef patties back to pan and reheat for minute or two. Serve immediately.
