Mexican Tabouli

Ingredients

  • 2 lge tomatoes - peeled and chopped
  • 3-4 green onions, chopped
  • 1 can chopped green chilies
  • 14 oz. can chopped black olives
  • 3 T olive oil
  • 1 1/2 t. garlic
  • 1 1/2 t. vinegar

Preparation

Step 1

In medium bowl combine all ingredients. Chill atleast 1 hour before serving. Serve with tortilla chips.
